Sports Premium
Please read the information below which gives details of our PE and Sport Premium Grant and how we allocate the funding. We aim to raise the aspirations of our children and provide them with as many opportunities as possible to try different sports. Through this our staff have learnt new skills which they also use in PE sessions. The children have benefitted from extra curricular activities and clubs which have improved their performances. Some of our children have gone on to join clubs outside school.

Carrying the flag for Chesterfield Football club 26/11/16
One of our Year 2 children proudly carried the flag for Chesterfield football club on Saturday before the match.
African Ark Dance workshop with Bemma
Our inspirational visit to The Institute of English Sport
All full time pupils visited The Institute of English Sport in Sheffield. We saw Jessica Ennis- Hill training as well as the GB Boxing team and Paralympic Table tennis team. The children took part in athletics activities and basketball.
