Mickley Infant and Nursery School converted to Mickley Village Primary and Nursery School in September 2022. We are currently accepting applications for children in Years 4 and below and we anticipate rolling out our offer for places upto year 6 by September 2025.

As part of the conversion we had a brand new modular building added to our existing site through the summer of 2023. This has provided us with 3 new classrooms as well as a group room and library which are all positive additions to our school environment. The works also included work to the existing building, extending the hall to make a much needed bigger area for PE, lunchtimes and assemblies. We have also undergone extensive landscaping and had a new trim trail installed as well as playground resurfacing and forest school area.

Our children, families and wider community have welcomed the conversion and the positive impact it will have on the children in the village and surrounding areas.
